Can you Integrate with Google Analytics?

Yes we can. We can record some of the information gathered by Satalytics and pass it directly to Google Analytics if this is running correctly on your website.

This allows you to:

• Segment Google Analytics reports based on customer satisfaction data.
• View user journey information for customers who have scored you highly/lowly.
• View browsing information for users who have said they were unable to find all they were looking for.
• And much more.

To comply with the Google’s terms of service, we do not pass any Personally Identifiable Information to Google Analytics, and suggest you avoid doing this.
