Satalytics makes it simple to:

  • Aggregate data across date ranges, and also break it down by day so you can see changes over time.
  • View satisfaction at an individual customer level, whether the customer has bought just once, or scored their satisfaction multiple times. This allows you to quickly see drops or issues in satisfaction among larger customers.
  • Chart the data against other metrics, including revenue, number of transactions.
  • Data breaks down by device type so you can understand where problems lie.

If a customer leaves a poor score, you can drill in immediately, see how long they’ve been a customer, their lifetime and average order value, whether they’ve recommended you to others, and how much they’ve spent with you.
